Qualifications

• Must obtain AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers within 365 days.
• AHA BLS Instructor certification required within 365 days.

About Us - Prevention & Wellness/Screen Team

Freeman Screen Team visits local health fairs to administer blood draws, bone density screenings, body composition screenings and more

What You’ll Do

Performs diagnostic testing included in health screenings, under supervision of RN.

Assists with physical set-up and tear-down of health fairs, to include: displays, informational material and screening stations.

Performs community education within scope of knowledge, under direction of RN.

Teaches CPR, Safe Sitter, and any other community classes, as needed.

Requirements

• AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers within 365 days.
• AHA BLS Instructor within 365 days.
• Safe Sitter Instructor certification within one year of hire. (Preferred)
