Mobility is required to move around different regions. At Groupe Alphard, we are proud to carry out projects throughout Quebec (Abitibi, Far North, Eastern Townships, Quebec City region, Centre-du-Québec, Montreal region), Canada (Ontario, Alberta and Western Canada) and internationally (Chile, Portugal and Portugal).

Your responsibilities

Your main responsibilities are crucial to the success of our projects. Key responsibilities include :

  • Supervising work teams in the production of engineering deliverables
  • Participate in preparatory studies
  • Produce project estimates and schedules
  • Participate in the review of deliverables
  • Manage project stakeholders, including customers and various internal teams
  • Contribute to the production of service offers

Your profile :

  • University degree in civil engineering or relevant diploma
  • You are registered with the OIQ
  • You have at least 10 years' project management experience in civil engineering, urban infrastructure, transportation, geotechnics or earthworks
  • You have experience in supervising work teams, particularly engineering teams
  • You have solid project management skills and proven experience
  • Strong communication skills and you are fluent in French, both written and spoken

Your strengths :

  • English and Spanish
  • Mobile and available for short or medium-term stays in Quebec or abroad
  • Experience with geosynthetics
  • Experience in earthworks site supervision
  • Health and safety certification on construction sites (ASP card)
  • Skills in geotechnics, hydrology and hydrogeology
  • Experience in producing applications for Certificat d'autorisation, permits, impact studies
  • PMI training, PMP certification
