Role Overview
As our Marketing Operations Manager, you'll lead the development of a cutting-edge marketing operations engine. You'll create systems and frameworks to align revenue teams, measure performance, and drive strategic growth. Your analysis of trends and data will enable seamless collaboration across marketing, sales, and customer success, ensuring measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Systems & Growth
- Design and implement scalable operations systems aligning marketing, sales, and service teams.
- Partner with sales to manage workflows in HubSpot for lead assignment, scoring, email campaigns, chatbots, and nurturing programs.
- Collaborate on long-term marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage A/B testing and lead optimization efforts to enhance website, customer journey, and campaign performance.
- Serve as the central communication hub for cross-functional teams, aligning goals and progress.
- Present data insights, forecasts, and trends to support revenue team alignment and company priorities.
Data & Analytics
- Create dashboards and reports to track performance and derive actionable insights across the customer journey.
- Monitor KPIs, campaign performance, and lead metrics from acquisition to retention.
- Ensure data integrity and provide support for data input and access to reliable insights.
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Microsoft Clarity to monitor performance and identify optimization opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with privacy laws such as PIPEDA, Bill C-27, and PIPA.
Technology & Automation
- Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM, staying updated on new features and integrations.
- Evaluate and improve the marketing tech stack for efficiency.
- Refine lead scoring models and automate nurturing, retention, and cross-sell/up-sell campaigns.
- Develop and document scalable marketing workflows supporting growth.
What You Bring
Education and Experience
- 5+ years in marketing operations, marketing technology, or revenue operations, preferably in B2B.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
- HubSpot Revenue Operations certification is highly valued.
Skills and Abilities
- Expertise in managing HubSpot and pipeline processes, including automations, reports, workflows, and lead management.
- Proven ability to create complex dashboards and reports, preferably using HubSpot data.
- Strong Excel and PowerBI skills for data analysis and visualization.
- Solid understanding of Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Ability to interpret complex data into clear, actionable insights and communicate trends effectively.
- Self-starter with initiative, problem-solving skills, and resilience to challenges.
