About Winona: Winona is a leading telemedicine company providing HRT for women in menopause. We have developed all our technology in-house, including an EHR, patient care admin system, patient portal, website, and marketing technology. Winona operates two compounding pharmacies and has a team of in-house physicians, delivering world-class care through a fully vertically integrated business model.

About the role: We are seeking a proactive and adaptable Human Resources Operations Manager to join our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and operations, excellent multitasking skills, keen attention to detail, and a passion for fostering a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities:
  1. Human Resources:
    • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and ongoing employee relations.
    • Process international payroll, benefits, and attendance, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
    • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
    • Support employees with HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
    • Coordinate training and development programs.
    • Facilitate performance reviews and goal-setting processes.
  2. Operations:
    • Manage vendor relationships and oversee payments.
    • Plan and coordinate company meetings and events.
    • Oversee operational tasks and collaborate across departments to address needs.
    • Improve internal processes and implement strategies to boost efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR or operations in a high-growth environment.
  • Experience with international payroll administration.
  • Knowledge of U.S. employment laws, tax compliance, and benefits administration.
  • Vendor management experience.
  • Strong organizational, attention to detail, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Discretion handling sensitive information.
  • Positive, solution-oriented attitude.
Nice to have:
  • Experience with remote international teams.
  • Background in telemedicine or healthcare operations.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Gusto, Deel, Mercury, Slack, Google Suite.
