Job description

Excellent opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join one of the largest Aerospace companies in Montreal!

Description
  • Manage the vice-president's schedule, including travel arrangements for the vice-president and leadership team.
  • Prioritize and manage daily activities, incoming information, and meeting schedules.
  • Assess and improve governance processes within the Quality department, supporting Olivier's teams with a practical approach.
  • Prepare materials and coordinate logistics for meetings.
  • Sort and correct PowerPoint presentations as needed.
  • Create organizational charts during internal changes.
  • Support Quality-related projects and prepare presentations.
  • Serve as liaison between the VP of Quality, senior management, and external organizations.
  • Prepare and consolidate expense reports and financial documents.
  • Draft and format correspondence, reports, and memos.
  • Maintain and update organizational charts.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Write internal and external communications in French and English.
  • Manage budget tasks and participate in special projects, social events, and recognition activities.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • College or university degree relevant to administration.
  • Ability to handle multiple ongoing mandates.
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Bilingual: Excellent communication skills in French and English, both spoken and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); tech-savvy.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
