The Role :

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Inside / Outside Sales Representative to help drive revenue growth and expand the company’s presence in the Greater Toronto Area. In this role, you will work closely with contractors, builders, and other key clients to provide expert guidance on drywall, ceiling tiles, and related materials. If you have a passion for sales, a strong industry network, and a results-driven approach, this is an excellent opportunity to thrive in a commission-based environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and building materials industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, and key industry clients.
• Provide expert product knowledge on drywall, ceiling tiles, and other related materials to support customer needs.
• Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and close sales to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including order desk and warehouse staff, to ensure seamless customer service and order fulfillment.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Qualifications :

• 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in construction materials, building supplies, or related industries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
• Experience working in a commission-based sales environment is a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Knowledge of drywall, ceiling tiles, and related materials is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is beneficial.
