Workplace arrangement

This role is classified as hybrid under our SSC Workplace Policy. Work is performed onsite at least 4 days per week. Applicants must be located in, or willing to relocate to, the specified work location.

About This Team
  • The Guest Support Business Analyst is responsible for strategic initiative, people, and operational performance analysis of Guest Support teams.
A Day In The Life
  • Analyze & provide actionable insights on Guest Support employee performance to varying levels of leadership.
  • Create presentations, business commentary, and dashboards for Guest Support partners.
  • Perform modeling/simulations, sensitivity analysis, hypothesis creation, and testing.
  • Consult on data warehouse integrations and collaborate with technical reporting cross-functional partners.
  • Share trends, identify gaps, and make recommendations for Guest Support operations and strategic initiatives through data storytelling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners on high-impact requests to identify reporting solutions and provide insights.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years experience in an analytics-focused role.
  • Expert-level Power BI skills.
  • Strong experience or education in SQL and Python.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or contact centre CRM is an asset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with data modeling principles and best practices.
  • Proven ability to define clear business requirements for ambiguous questions.
  • Ability to simplify complex analysis into clear conclusions for executive leadership.

Compensation And Benefits

Salary range: $66,000-$86,000 annually, based on market location, knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. Benefits include bonuses, health and dental, mental health plans, paid time off, retirement matching, employee discounts, wellness programs, development courses, mentorship, and leadership programs. Benefits are subject to eligibility and may change without notice.
