To administer the store people practices and processes in a timely and professional manner, while maintaining confidentiality at all times. The Personnel Manager is a Cultural Champion within the Store, provides dedicated people support, informs on a broad range of administrative and compliance functions, and supports the implementation and ongoing success of our Self Serve Enablement processes.
Assists associates with completing time clock edits, GTA processes, and self-serve tasks as required.
