Hays is currently recruiting for a Junior Property Manager for a rapidly growing Montreal-based client.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for all operational aspects of the properties, including maintenance requests. You will act as the property manager and supervise all relevant personnel.

Responsibilities

• Assist all outside vendors with property issues
• Manage property inventory
• Solve all maintenance requests filed by property inhabitants
• Manage the in-house maintenance and cleaning crew
• Responsible for move-in and move-out inspections
• Serve as the point of contact for existing tenants and lease renewals
• Collaborate with the Leasing Manager
• Prepare reports to update management

Qualifications

• 1 - 3 years of property management experience
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
• Knowledge of Hopem and BuildingStack

Compensation

Salary: $60,000 to $70,000

Annual performance bonus: $2,500 to $5,000
