Qualifications

Your mission will be to perform the tasks below under the supervision of the administrator:

Task list:

Accounts Receivable

  1. Enter deposits into Hopem for the right building/tenant with the right application
  2. Make deposits at the bank (checks are deposited using a remote check scanner, only cash deposits need to be made at the branch)
  3. Prepare monthly rent verification
  4. Collection calls
  5. Prepare letters to tenants (service memos, renewals, collections)
  6. Prepare and submit documents for credit checks
  7. Assist in lease preparation
  8. Enter new tenant information and leases and maintain accurate information in Hopem
  9. Ensure accurate billing according to leases
  10. Keep collection notes up to date in Hopem
  11. Promptly alert the property manager of any collection issues
  12. Follow the head office policy on collection procedures

Accounts Payable

  1. Enter supplier invoices into Hopem
  2. Prepare various types of payments to suppliers according to the provided schedule
  3. Online payment PAP Checks
  4. Respond to supplier calls requesting payment
  5. Keep the accounts payable report up to date

Miscellaneous

  1. Show vacant spaces, if needed
  2. Assist the property manager in daily operations
  3. Operation of the camera system
  4. Train staff on all tasks with the receptionist
