Job summary

Tissot is seeking an E-Commerce & Retail Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day e-commerce and boutique operations, aligning online and in-store activities for a seamless customer experience. You will collaborate across boutiques, customer service, warehouses, HQ, and cross-functional teams.

The role reports to leadership within Retail and E-Commerce and offers a base salary range with performance bonuses. Benefits include health, RRSP contributions, and more.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of experience in retail/e-commerce operations or related fields.
• Experience supporting retail store operations and inventory management.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Magento or similar systems.
• Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Monitor online order flow, website performance, and operational issues; support testing and updates.
• Coordinate daily boutique operations, inventory transfers, and cycle counts.
• Support fulfillment, logistics, and returns; communicate with warehouse partners.
• Prepare recurring reports and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Service, HQ, and Retail teams on launches and campaigns.
