Job summary

IMGadgets™ is seeking an analytical MIS Analyst, E-Commerce to serve as the data backbone of our digital sales team. You will manage complex Excel datasets, maintain catalog data, and synchronize inventory across Shopify and marketplaces.

This role requires meticulous data handling and cross-functional collaboration with sales and warehouse teams. Responsibilities include compiling regular performance and inventory reports, executing product listing deployments, and supporting platform hygiene

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data manipulation for high-volume catalogs.
• Strong data tracking and organizational abilities to translate raw data into structured reports.
• Experience managing product feeds, pricing matrices, and inventory data across multiple channels.
• Familiarity with Shopify and marketplace portals, with attention to data hygiene and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Heavy Excel & Data Management: maintain master product feeds and inventory sheets across channels.
• Competitive Data Tracking: log competitor prices and market trackers; no pricing strategy input required.
