Job summary

Lyragrowth is seeking an eCommerce and Digital Marketing Specialist to support our website experience, merchandising, and paid media coordination. You will manage day-to-day site updates, product catalog, and collaboration with our marketing agency.

The role emphasizes data-driven optimization, cross-functional teamwork with Ops and Creative, and proactive improvements to the customer journey across promotions and campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with website merchandising, product setup, or content management on Shopify.
  • Experience managing relationships with external agencies or vendors.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing performance channels (paid social, paid search) and how they connect to the on-site experience.
  • Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams (Creative, Operations, Marketing) and managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

  • Execute website theme and price changes and merchandising updates to support sales, promotions, and seasonal changes across the homepage, collections, and key landing pages.
  • Set up new products on the site, including product pages, imagery, copy, variants, and merchandising placement, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations on stock and inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and coordinating messaging for low/out-of-stock items.
  • Maintain product catalog data and site taxonomy (collections, tags, filters) to support findability and a clean shopping experience.
  • Perform regular site QA to catch broken links, layout issues, or merchandising errors, and coordinate fixes with the appropriate team.
  • Monitor site performance metrics (conversion rate, bounce rate, page speed) and flag opportunities to improve the customer journey.
  • Support the planning and execution of the eCommerce merchandising calendar in partnership with the Digital Experience Manager.
  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for our digital marketing agency, helping manage paid social, paid search, and other performance channels.
  • Track and report on campaign performance against KPIs, budgets, and goals, flagging risks and opportunities.
  • Brief in creative needs to the agency and internal creative team, and traffic approved assets to ensure campaigns launch on time.
  • Maintain the digital marketing calendar, ensuring campaigns are aligned with site merchandising, promotions, and broader brand initiatives.
  • Support budget tracking and invoice reconciliation for agency and media spend.
  • Partner with the agency and internal team on testing strategies (creative, audience, landing page) to continuously improve performance.
  • Work closely with the Creative team to ensure all website and digital marketing assets align with brand guidelines.
  • Partner with the broader eCommerce and Digital team to ensure alignment between site merchandising, campaigns, and promotional calendars.
  • Communicate proactively with Operations to ensure product availability aligns with marketing pushes and promotional timing.

The eCommerce and Digital Marketing Specialist is a highly versatile role designed to support and accelerate our website experience, merchandising, and digital marketing efforts. This role will focus on day-to-day website merchandising and maintenance, product catalog management, and coordination with our digital marketing agency supporting all paid media channels. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, collaborative, and proactive in identifying opportunities to improve the site experience and drive digital performance. This individual will report to the Digital Experience Manager and work cross-functionally with Ops, Creative, and the broader marketing team to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.

Requirements
Experience
  • Proven experience with website merchandising, product setup, or content management on Shopify.
  • Experience managing or supporting relationships with external agencies or vendors.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing performance channels (paid social, paid search) and how they connect to the on-site experience.
  • Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams (Creative, Operations, Marketing) and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or a related role.
  • Fluent in using eCommerce, web, and project management tools; Shopify, Google Analytics, and project management platforms (e.g., Asana).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret website and campaign performance data and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Comfort working in a CMS environment, with a keen eye for layout, imagery, and on-brand presentation.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative problem solver with a proactive attitude and a keen eye for detail.
  • Must have the ability to work beyond working hours for some promotional site swaps and some black out periods for vacation during peak retail.
