Randstad Canada in Laval, Quebec is seeking a talented E-Commerce Manager to lead and scale our digital commerce across Wayfair, Amazon, Walmart Marketplace and other channels across North America. You will drive revenue growth, optimize marketplace listings and digital marketing campaigns, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail.
• Proven success managing ecommerce websites.
• Experience managing Walmart Marketplace and advertising through Walmart Connect.
• Proven track record managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Advertising, and other paid digital media campaigns.
• Strong proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent project management, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the furniture/home goods industries.
• Knowledge of SEO and marketing automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute e-commerce growth strategies across major marketplaces.
• Improve conversion rates, AOV, and CLV; optimize product content and pricing.
• Manage Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central listings and performance.
• Oversee Walmart Marketplace campaigns and Walmart Connect.
• Plan and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
• Monitor KPIs and report insights with actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and creative teams.
