Job summary

Midea America Canada Corporation (MACC) seeks an E-commerce Manager to drive growth and profitability for our Canadian channels, including Amazon Vendor Central, third‑party marketplaces, and DTC platforms. You will translate business objectives into channel plans and lead cross‑functional teams across Sales, Product, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Service.

The role requires owning channel performance, forecasting, promotions, and inventory health, while coordinating with HQ.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of e-commerce experience with hands-on Amazon Vendor Central management.
• Experience with Canadian retailer marketplaces and/or DTC operations.
• Strong understanding of pricing, margins, promotional funding, and advertising efficiency.
• Ability to forecast, manage forecasts, POs, and cross-functional execution.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual and quarterly e-commerce plans across Amazon, marketplaces, and DTC.
• Own channel sales and margin targets, and track advertising, promotions, and platform fees.
• Prepare and maintain sales forecasts with cross-functional teams and HQ.
• Oversee Amazon Vendor Central operations including POs, shipments, and inventory health.
• Lead regular business reviews and translate performance insights into actions.
• Coordinate new product launches and promotions across marketplaces and DTC.
• Manage daily DTC site operations, merchandising, and customer experience.
