Recruiting In Motion - Eastern Ontario seeks an E-Commerce & Business Systems Manager to oversee end-to-end e-commerce transactions, financial data, and system integrations across Shopify, Sage Intacct, and BI tools. The role collaborates with Finance, E-commerce, Marketing, and IT to optimize processes, reporting, and data governance.

The ideal candidate has 4–7 years in Business Analysis or Business Systems Analysis within e-commerce or digital commerce, with strong data and analytics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience across multiple business applications and data flows.
• Power BI experience including dashboard creation and data connections.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve financial, e-commerce, and business systems including Shopify and Sage Intacct.
• Oversee end-to-end flow of e-commerce transactions and data through order processing and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with Finance, E-commerce, Marketing to improve processes, data accuracy, and reporting.
• Build and improve Power BI dashboards, KPIs, and analytics to support business decisions.
