Job summary

Recruiting In Motion - Eastern Ontario is seeking an organized E-Commerce Coordinator to manage Shopify webstores across Canada, the USA, Europe and the UK. You’ll handle product setup, data accuracy, pricing, inventory and order flow to ensure a seamless online shopping experience.

Work closely with Finance, Logistics and internal teams to resolve product and transaction issues, test new Shopify apps, and maintain accurate catalogs. Hybrid role with flexible schedules nationwide.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in e-commerce, product administration or digital operations.
• Hands-on with Shopify or similar platforms.
• Experience with product data, listings, inventory or store administration.
• Exposure to ERP/accounting systems such as Sage Intacct is an asset.
• Experience with shipping platforms like ShipStation is an asset.
• Strong MS Office skills and working with shared drives.
• Basic HTML knowledge is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain products across Shopify webstores and related platforms.
• Manage product listings: descriptions, specs, pricing, images, promotions, SKUs, expiry dates.
• Maintain accurate product catalogues for internal teams.
• Support inventory and product availability across stores.
• Review and troubleshoot orders, inventory, shipping, and fulfillment issues.
• Verify accounting codes and tax settings to ensure Sage integration.
• Collaborate with Finance and other teams to resolve product and transaction issues.
• Assist testing of new Shopify apps, integrations and functionality.
• Ensure event and product requests follow internal policies.
• Use systems including Shopify, email platforms, livestreaming, and shipping solutions.
