Job summary

The Miller Group in Ontario is seeking Snow Plow Operators to join our winter maintenance team. You will safely operate a combo plow unit to perform snow removal on local roads and highways under supervision, including documenting fuel, safety, and hours.

This role requires DZ or AZ license, a clean CVOR, and readiness for call-ins within 30 minutes, with shifts including evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays during winter events.

Qualifications

• DZ or AZ license with a clean driver's abstract and CVOR.
• Available to respond to call-ins within 30 minutes.
• Ability to operate a loader and perform equipment maintenance tasks.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Willingness to work in extreme weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a combo plow unit for snow removal on local roads and highways.
• Maintain accurate documentation: fuel reports, safety reports, and hours of service.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment.
• Learn route maps and sand/salt application rates; meet call-in requirements during winter storms.
