The Miller Group in Ontario is seeking a Snow Plow Operator to join our winter maintenance team, operating a combo plow unit to clear snow on local roads and highways according to contract requirements.

You will maintain documentation, fuel and safety reports, perform routine maintenance and minor repairs, and learn route maps and sand/salt application rates; willingness to work shifts and extreme weather is required.

Qualifications

• DZ or AZ license with a clean driver’s abstract & CVOR
• Available to respond to call-ins within thirty minutes
• Operate a loader and perform other maintenance duties such as patrolling, patching, and minor equipment maintenance
• Work assigned shifts and extended hours (evenings, weekends, nights, holidays) as winter events require
• Willingness to work in extreme weather conditions

Responsabilités

• Operate a combo plow unit to perform snow removal on local roads and highways as per contract requirements
• Maintain documentation such as fuel reports, safety reports and hours of service
• Maintain and clean equipment, conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs
• Familiarize yourself with route maps and sand/salt application rates and meet call-in requirements during winter storms
