The Miller Group in Ontario is seeking Snow Plow Operators for winter maintenance contracts. You will operate a combo plow unit to clear snow on local roads and highways, while keeping fuel, safety, and hours of service records up to date.

Responsibilities include equipment maintenance, route familiarity, and meeting call-in requirements during winter events. Hiring full-time roles with on-call shifts, including evenings and holidays.

Qualifications

• DZ or AZ license with a clean driver’s abstract and CVOR are required.
• Available to respond to call-ins within 30 minutes.
• Ability to operate a loader and perform maintenance duties.
• Ability to work assigned shifts and extended hours (evenings, weekends, nights, holidays) as winter events require.
• Willingness to work in extreme weather conditions.
• Prior winter-works experience preferred.
• Mechanical knowledge for routine maintenance and minor repairs.

Responsabilités

• Safely operate a combo plow unit for snow removal on local roads/highways.
• Maintain documentation: fuel reports, safety reports and hours of service.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment.
• Familiarize yourself with route maps and sand/salt application rates.
• Meet call-in requirements during winter storm events.
