Job Summary

Reporting to the Store Manager, your main focus as the Assistant Manager is to assist the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, providing leadership that optimizes sales results. You promote a positive shopping experience for each customer, while leading and inspiring a high-performing team to drive operational efficiency and traffic both on the sales floor and through digital platforms. You play a vital role in daily store operations, contributing to inventory management, increasing sales and customer satisfaction, and maintaining brand and visual merchandising standards. You also assist with shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, and eCommerce order fulfillment. You are an essential part of your store’s success!

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline is an asset
• At least 2 years of management experience, preferably in fashion retail, or equivalent management experience
• Passion for fashion and a customer-oriented approach
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Flexibility, innovation, and a sense of urgency to adapt to changing business needs, with the ability to contribute impactful ideas and solutions
• Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
• Ability to build partnerships and collaborate effectively
• Social media skills, mobile device proficiency, and familiarity with Microsoft Office or OpenOffice
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
