Overview
Reporting to the Manager, Guest Services, you will play a key supervisory and administrative role within the Guest Services department. You will oversee approximately eight Call Centre staff from the pre-event period through to Labour Day. Your responsibilities will include staff training, scheduling, and payroll administration.
