Job summary

CTK USA, Inc. is seeking reliable Warehouse Associates to join our fulfillment team. You will pick items from shelves with a handheld scanner, pack orders, unload inventory, and help maintain accurate stock in a fast-paced distribution center.

This role requires physical activity, the ability to stand and lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to safety and on-time performance. Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we will train motivated candidates.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Basic reading, math, and computer/scanner skills.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work scheduled shifts including OT.
• Warehouse, retail, or logistics experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Pick items from shelves and bins accurately using a handheld scanner or picklist.
• Pack orders into boxes or totes with proper labeling and protection.
• Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory records.
• Sort, label, and stage outbound shipments.
• Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks; forklift certification a plus).
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Meet productivity and accuracy targets for your shift.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards or issues to a supervisor.
