Job summary
Kaycan in Dartmouth is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team. You will pick, pack, and process customer orders, load and unload trucks, and keep the warehouse organized while delivering friendly service.
The role reports to the Warehouse Team Lead and requires 1–3 years of warehouse/distribution experience, a high school diploma, and forklift certification is a plus. We offer full-time on-site employment with strong benefits and growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 to 3 years of warehouse/distribution experience
- Forklift certification is an asset; training may be provided
- Strong team player with good communication and customer service skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Punctual, dependable, and hardworking
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and process orders for shipment
- Verify orders against packing lists and sign for deliveries
- Load and unload trailers and operate material handling equipment
- Conduct inventory cycle counts and maintain organized stock
- Ensure safety protocols and PPE usage
- Complete other warehouse duties as required
