Job summary

Kenco Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our distribution team. You will pick and pack orders, print labels, and inspect products for accuracy to meet shipping demands. The role requires basic computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

You may operate a forklift and participate in cycle counts as needed. We value safety and continuous improvement as part of our commitment to quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Attention to detail essential.
• Pass Background and Drug Screen.
• Able to complete physical tasks (stooping, walking, lifting up to 50lbs).

Responsibilities

• Pick orders for shipment, ensuring correct quantity and type of product is loaded.
• Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.
• May operate a forklift or order picker for picking orders.
• Pack orders for shipments by parcel, LTL, and TL carriers.
• Record product, packaging, and order information on specified forms and records.
• Affix proper shipping and tracking labels to boxes and pallets per regulations.
• Conduct quality inspections per SOPs and report variances.
• Participate in Inventory/Cycle Count as needed.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
