You will greet customers, diagnose basic automotive or tire needs, translate technical issues into clear explanations, and sell the necessary repair solutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing automotive role such as Service Advisor, Service Writer, Parts Counter Consultant, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, schedule service appointments, and provide accurate timelines for vehicle repairs.
• Listen to customer concerns, reference vehicle service histories, and recommend maintenance or repairs.
• Guide customers in selecting tires based on vehicle specs, driving habits, and budget.
• Explain technician findings in clear terms to customers.
• Create cost estimates for parts and labor, obtain approval, and process invoices.
• Coordinate with shop and technicians to maximize daily productivity and ensure timely parts arrival.
