Fountain Tire Campbell River is seeking a friendly, dedicated Service Advisor to join our team. You will create work orders, book appointments, provide quotes, and help customers make informed service decisions for tires and mechanical repairs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create work orders and arrange bookings for technicians.
• Provide service quotes, obtain authorization, finalize sales and follow up.
• Make proactive calls to assess customer satisfaction.
• Recommend tire services, wheel and mechanical services to customers.
• Ensure accurate billing and data entry in the computer system.
• Keep showroom promotional material updated.
• Participate in safety initiatives and training.
• Assist in inventory management and annual counts.

is looking for a friendly, dedicated, and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a Service Advisor!

Primary Responsibilities

• Creating work orders and arranging bookings and communicating them to the technicians
• Provide service quotes and receive customer authorization for work to be performed on vehicles, finalize sales, and complete customer follow up.
• Provide proactive calls to customers to determine their satisfaction level with the service they have received
• Recommend tire service, specialty tire service, wheel and mechanical service to customers
• Ensure that all products are billed accurately to the customer and process all necessary information in the computer system.
• Keep promotional material updated in the showroom.
• Participate in all safety initiatives, as required or assigned, to guarantee safety at Fountain Tire including customers and staff, on the road, site or field.
• Complete assigned e-learning and safety courses and adhering to standards and policies as described in learning modules.
• Assist in inventory management through documentation processes and annual inventory counts

What does it take to get on track?

• Experience in the automotive repair or tire industry is required
• Effective listening skills with the ability to identify customer needs and provide recommendations
• Working knowledge of passenger, light truck and, specialty tires and mechanical services
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to provide a satisfactory passenger or commercial Driver’s Abstract
• Excellent customer service and a great attitude are a must
• A team player who takes pride in their work
