Job summary

Shared Health seeks a General Duty Nuclear Medicine Technologist for the St. Boniface Hospital site to cover a maternity leave. You will perform diagnostic procedures, prepare radiopharmaceuticals, and ensure quality control under department supervision.

The role requires collaboration with the Nuclear Medicine team, adherence to safety standards, and commitment to patient care in a busy hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Nuclear Medicine Technologist Program.
• Successful completion of Course 1 of the CT Imaging course series.
• Eligible for registration with CAMRT and registration within three months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of Nuclear Medicine procedures within AECB guidelines.
• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals as required.
• Perform quality control and sterile technique as needed.
• Assist in supervising Nuclear Medicine students and scheduling routine tests.
