Job summary

Baycrest is seeking an Advisor, HR Shared Services Centre to join the Human Resources team in Toronto. The role delivers HR programmes and services, including benefits administration, leave management, onboarding, transfers and terminations, and supports internal recruitment for unionised roles.

You will partner with leaders and employees, maintain HR records, and provide day‑to‑day HR guidance, ensuring timely, accurate responses and a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in HR administration, benefits management or related area.
• Experience in a unionised setting is required.
• Proficiency with HRIS and ATS systems and strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver HR programmes and services including benefits administration and leave management.
• Manage onboarding, transfers, terminations, and day‑to‑day HR inquiries.
• Coordinate internal recruitment for unionised roles and supports non‑union postings.
• Maintain accurate employee records and generate HR reports.
