Job summary

Dentalcorp is establishing a centralized HR Advisory Services function. As Senior Manager, HR Advisory Services, you will build and lead this new function, setting service standards, case management practices, escalation pathways, and quality expectations while overseeing complex workplace advisory matters.

Based at the Toronto Support Centre, you will partner with People Business Partners, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to resolve complex matters and drive scalable practices across our

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of progressive Human Resources experience with depth in employee relations.
• Three or more years leading or coaching HR professionals.
• Experience managing complex employee relations, investigations, accommodations, disability management, workers' compensation, and sensitive workplace issues.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the HR Advisory Services function, including coaching, standards, procedures, case management, escalation pathways, tools, templates, and guidance resources.
• Oversee complex employee relations and workplace advisory matters, including performance, conduct, accommodations, disability management, investigations, returns-to-work, and terminations.
• Review complex or sensitive cases, make advisory decisions within authority, ensure clear documentation and records.
