Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a project scheduler or as a project manager with demonstrated scheduling experience and demonstrated project leadership.
• Bilingual French and English with excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Schedule Development: Develop baseline schedules, incorporate tasks, milestones, and dependencies with input from project managers and engineers;
• Monitoring & Updates: Continuously track actual progress against the plan, identifying deviations and potential impacts;
• Communication: Inform stakeholders, team members, and clients about schedule status, updates, and potential delays;
• Risk Mitigation: Identify potential scheduling risks and facilitate solutions or remedial actions;
• Coordination: Align activities across different departments and trades, ensuring resource availability;
• Reporting: Provide progress reports and forecasts to management.
