Job summary

Industra Construction Corporation is seeking an experienced Construction Scheduler to strengthen project planning and scheduling across Canada. You will develop and maintain detailed schedules, track progress, and provide visibility into milestones, resources and timelines across multiple projects.

The role supports Estimating through procurement and project execution, with opportunities to establish scheduling processes and best practices that scale with the business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction industry experience with at least 3 years in scheduling or project controls.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling theory, critical path method, baseline management and progress reporting.
• Experience coordinating with Estimating, Pre-Construction and procurement to inform realistic schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules across multiple projects from pre-construction to completion.
• Provide portfolio-level schedule visibility, milestones, overlaps, and resource constraints.
• Establish and monitor baselines, track progress, and forecast schedule outcomes.
• Monitor critical-path activities, identify delays and risks, and support mitigation planning.
• Collaborate with Estimating and Pre-Construction to develop tender and project schedules with sequencing and milestones.
• Coordinate with Procurement to incorporate long-lead items and schedule-critical requirements.
