Job summary

LTIMindtree Canada seeks a Senior Business Analyst with deep P&C Personal Lines Dwelling DP3 expertise to drive requirement analysis and Duck Creek Policy configuration initiatives. The role requires on-site presence in Ontario, close collaboration with business and technical teams, and hands-on ownership of the end-to-end requirement lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in P&C insurance, strong Duck Creek DP3 domain knowledge, and proven experience delivering BRDs, FRDs, user stories,

Qualifications

• 10 years of overall P&C Insurance experience with strong exposure to Personal Lines.
• Hands-on experience as a BA on Duck Creek Policy implementations.
• Strong domain knowledge of Dwelling Fire products DP3 including coverages deductibles endorsements.
• Rating and underwriting rules knowledge.
• Eligibility and policy lifecycle understanding.
• Expertise in requirements elicitation analysis and documentation BRD FRD User Stories.
• Experience working directly with onsite client stakeholders in a customer facing role.
• Solid understanding of Duck Creek product model pages forms and workflows from a functional perspective.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end requirement gathering for Dwelling DP3 product enhancements, new rollouts and regulatory changes.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, underwriting, product owners and compliance teams to translate needs into functional requirements.
• Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria and traceability matrices aligned with Duck Creek standards.
• Collaborate with Duck Creek Policy configuration, development and QA teams to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of requirements.
• Support product rollout activities, UAT planning, defect triage and production validation.
• Act as a domain SME for Dwelling products, providing guidance on coverage, rating, underwriting rules and state variations.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews and estimation.
