Qualifications

Level 2 BC General Insurance license required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch in two locations.
Address client requests and complaints with timely investigations and solutions.
Monitor performance and drive improvements in sales, retention, and growth.
Track KPIs and implement improvement plans.
Maintain purchasing procedures with vendor bids and cost controls.
Collaborate with other departments on strategic initiatives.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
