Job summary

Navacord seeks a Branch Manager, Auto Insurance to lead the Parksville branch, ensuring staff have resources to deliver excellent service, boost sales, and strengthen the community presence. This on-site role may require travel to regional offices.

You will oversee daily operations, manage client requests, monitor KPIs, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with industry standards. A Level 2 BC General Insurance license and at least four years in auto insurance are required, with leadership

Qualifications

• Level 2 BC General Insurance license is required.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in auto insurance.
• Leadership or management experience is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.
• Address client requests and complaints with timely investigations and solutions to improve client experience training.
• Monitor branch financials and work with leadership to grow sales, retention, and market share.
• Track KPIs and sales; implement improvement plans where needed.
• Collaborate with other branches and departments on initiatives and processes.
