We’re looking for a (Part-time) Supervisor for our DSW store who will put their best foot forward. As a Supervisor, you will report to the Store Manager and assist in leading an inclusive store environment, fostering diverse customer connections. Your responsibilities include coaching team members, achieving store goals such as sales and web orders, and executing operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maximizing store results by creating exceptional customer experiences.
• Maintaining product knowledge and industry trends.
• Encouraging responsive customer service, merchandise presentation, and operational integrity.
• Coaching team members to achieve success.
