We’re looking for a (Part-time) Supervisor for our Shoe Co. banner who will put their best foot forward.

As a Part-time Supervisor, you will report to the Store Manager and assist in leading the store environment, fostering inclusivity and diverse customer connections. Your responsibilities include role modeling service standards, coaching, and leading the team to achieve store objectives such as in-store sales, web orders, and other goals set by the Store Manager. Your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborate, and execute operational excellence will be key to your success.

Key job accountabilities include but are not limited to:
  • Assuming a leadership role to maximize store results by creating exceptional customer experiences.
  • Maintaining product knowledge and industry trend awareness.
  • Facilitating achievement of business results through responsive customer service, merchandise presentation, and operational integrity.
  • Coaching team members and providing feedback to achieve success.
  • Fostering teamwork, collaboration, and change advocacy.
  • Maintaining open communication with the Store Manager.
  • Opening and closing the store proficiently.
Qualifications:
  • Open, approachable, and outgoing attitude when interacting with customers and co-workers.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong desire to assist customers.
  • Motivated and results-driven.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Openness to learning and developing new skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change.
  • Ability to work various shifts, including closing shifts and weekends.
