We’re looking for a (Part-time) Supervisor for our DSW banner who will put their best foot forward.

As a (Part-time) Supervisor, you will report to the Store Manager and assist in leading the store environment, fostering inclusivity and diverse customer connections. You will be responsible for role modeling service standards, coaching, and leading the team to achieve store objectives, including in-store sales, web orders, and other goals as directed by the Store Manager. Your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborate, and execute operational excellence will be key to your success.

Key job accountabilities include but are not limited to:
  • Assuming a leadership role to maximize store results by creating exceptional customer experiences.
  • Maintaining exceptional product knowledge and awareness of industry trends.
  • Facilitating achievement of business results through responsive customer service, compelling merchandise presentation, and operational integrity to foster positive customer connections and loyalty.
  • Coaching team members and providing feedback as directed by Store Management.
  • Fostering teamwork, collaboration, and change advocacy within the store and district.
  • Maintaining effective communication with the Store Manager.
  • Opening and closing the store proficiently.
Qualifications:
  • Open, approachable, and outgoing attitude when interacting with customers and co-workers.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong desire to assist customer needs.
  • Motivated and results-driven.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Openness to learning and developing new skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change.
  • Ability to work various scheduled shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
