Job summary

On Side Restoration Services Ltd. is seeking a Drywaller/Painter to help rebuild homes and businesses after disaster. You will repair drywall, apply textures, and bring spaces to life with fresh paint.

Qualifications

3+ years of drywall repair experience (cutting, mudding, sanding, taping, painting).
Brush/roller/spray gun paint experience to finish the area for uniformity and completion.
Construction experience and tool proficiency: you have your own tools for the job.
Previous experience reading and executing work orders.

Responsibilities

Measure, cut, install, and repair damaged drywall.
Estimate the quantity of materials required by measuring surfaces, reviewing scopes, sketches and work orders.
Ceiling texture and finish surfaces with tape, mud, sand, and texture.
Prepare and protect work sites and apply primers, paints, stains, or finishes.
Match colors and apply coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray guns.
Cut and install insulation and vapour barrier.
