We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Driver Supervisor to join our team in Hamilton, Ontario, reporting to the Director of Transportation. As a Driver Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our fleet of drivers out of different locations. You will regularly audit current delivery and pick‑up routes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements without sacrificing safety and customer service. Qualified candidates will be self‑driven and demonstrate exceptional workplace safety standards, attention to detail, efficiency, customer service, continuous improvement and strong verbal and written communication skills.
