Armour Logistics is seeking a Billing and AR Analyst to join our Moncton team. You will review driver paperwork, validate invoices, and process charges per customer contracts. The role involves generating settlement reports, KPI dashboards, and collaborating across departments to resolve billing discrepancies.

The ideal candidate has strong Excel skills, knowledge of AR terms, and excellent communication, with meticulous data handling. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Moncton, NB.

• Proficient with Excel.
• Familiar with transportation terminology.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Experience with accounts receivable terminology is an asset.
• Strong communication skills.
• Fast and accurate typing.
• Knowledge of SOPs.
• Experience with data validation techniques.

Responsabilités

• Review daily driver paperwork and verify against records for correct invoices and pay.
• Process invoices per contracts, verify rates for loads, surcharges and accessorial charges.
• Prepare manual invoices for items not captured automatically.
• Generate driver settlement reports to ensure accurate payments and identify discrepancies.
• Create KPI reports to support accurate invoicing and settlements.
• Collaborate with customers, AR, drivers, dispatchers and operations to resolve billing issues.
• Document discrepancies and provide feedback to improve accuracy.
• Audit pricing data to maximize revenue and ensure adherence to agreements.
• Prepare customized reports for internal and external stakeholders using large datasets.
• Perform other duties to support department goals.
