Job summary

Compass Group Canada is hiring a Delivery Driver in Fort McMurray, Alberta. You will load food, supplies, or other products and deliver them to various locations in the area.

As a Delivery Driver, you will assemble and deliver all supplies, ensure proper loading, unload at delivery sites, and maintain vehicle cleanliness with pre/post trip inspections. You must hold a valid driver’s license with Q Endorsement, have a good driving record, follow instructions, communicate well, and lift up to 46.5

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with Q Endorsement and good driving record.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift 46.5 lb.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and deliver all supplies to the scheduled locations.
• Prior to beginning each day’s route, ensure that truck/vehicle is loaded with all products required.
• Unload requested products at delivery site.
• Collect empty containers and rejected or unsold merchandise.
• Return items such as unused food and beverages, serving equipment and utensils.
• Follow sanitation and safety guidelines when handling food and equipment.
• Keep company vehicle clean and organized; perform pre & post trip inspections.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Required to lift 46.5 LB Simultaneously with both hands
