Job summary

Compass Group Canada is seeking a Delivery Driver to support client facilities in Mississauga. You will deliver commissary items, verify loads, and perform daily vehicle inspections to ensure safe, on-time service.

The role emphasizes both independent work and teamwork, with 95% time spent inside client facilities. A valid G-License, good driving record, and physical ability to lift about 50 lbs are required, along with strong communication skills.

How You Will Make An Impact

You will be representing the company’s image at all times by your actions and demeanor and self-image. Responsible for maintaining proper product distribution to client facilities as per Clients and Compass’s contractual obligations.

As a Driver You Will
  • Deliver Commissary items to scheduled client’s facilities.
  • Prior to beginning each day’s route, ensure truck/van is properly loaded and vehicle inspections are completed.
  • Must have a Valid G License, experience driving 16’Cube Truck
  • Drivers Abstract required – Personal and Commercial
  • Lifting approx. 50lbs, standing and walking for up to 8hrs
  • 95% of your time is inside client facilities.
  • Works well in teams and independently with minimal supervision.
  • Police Clearance Check required.

  • Physically able to carry out duties of position

The hourly wage rate for this position is $20.00. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and comply with all applicable pay transparency legislation.
