Job summary

Scarborough Toyota is seeking a Drive Through Attendant to join our team of customer-focused professionals in a high volume, process-driven dealership. This role ensures vehicles are checked for alignment, maintains a clean service drive-through, and assists with detailing as needed.

Responsibilities include keeping the lot tidy, organizing scrap tires, supporting pickup/drop-off, and collaborating with team members to improve efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Valid G class license with a clean driver's abstract
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and be a team player
• Attention to detail, strong organization skills and multitasking ability
• Excellent time management and motivation with strong customer service
• Proactive, energetic, and customer-oriented
• Process driven with high energy and initiative

• Provide customer service washes and assist with detailing

Scarborough Toyotais currently seeking a Drive Through Attendantto join our team of customer focused professionals within our high volume and process-driven dealership.

Purpose/Summary of Position:

This role is responsible for ensuring each vehicle is checked correctly and accurately for alignment, cleaning the service drive through and is kept free of excess water/snow and puddles, customer service washes, assisting with detail when needed, organization of scrap tires and cardboard, ensuring the lot is kept clean, assist with pick up and drop off. The role is also responsible for ongoing collaboration with fellow team members and improving efficiencies whenever possible.
