Job summary

Sureway Construction Group is seeking a Dozer Operator for Fort McMurray and surrounding areas. This full-time, seasonal role involves operating a dozer for stripping, ditching, sloping, and leveling tasks on heavy civil projects.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of dozer experience, with finishing work (sloping, leveling) skills, and a strong commitment to safety and reliable attendance.

10+ hours per day, 6 & 1, OT after 8hr/day or 44hr/week

Pre-employment

• Drug and alcohol testing (swab-based test)
• Successful completion of Company Orientation and site-specific orientation

Dozer Operator Responsibilities

• Safe operation of dozer as it pertains to stripping, ditching, sloping, leveling
• Operate dozer in close proximity to ground personnel and other equipment
• Promote, execute and adhere to the company’s safety program, and encourage all employees, subcontractors and consultants to adopt safety as a culture.
