GrizzlyTrek Group Ltd. is seeking experienced Dozer Operators for long-term, camp-based, FIFO work on heavy civil earthworks projects. This position offers 12-hour shifts, camp accommodations, and flights from Calgary/Edmonton.

Fort McMurray area work requires a strong safety record and significant dozer seat time. Wages range from $35.00 to $40.00 per hour to start, with overtime opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent dozer seat time (D6T–D10).
• Experience in heavy civil earthworks, construction, road building, or mining.
• Valid driver’s license and CSA approved safety boots.
• Required safety certifications: CSO/BSO/CSTS/OSSA Regional; First Aid with CPR/AED; H2S Alive; Bear Awareness; Ground Disturbance.
• Willing to live in camp and work 12-hour shifts in all weather conditions.

Dozer Operators - 14/7 or 21/7 - Fly-In & Fly-Out + Camp - Up to $40/hr - Fort McMurray, AB

GrizzlyTrek Group Ltd. is seeking experienced Dozer Operators for long-term, rotational work on heavy civil earthworks projects in the Fort McMurray region. This full-time, camp-based position offers fly-in/fly-out travel from Calgary or Edmonton, with competitive hourly wages and comprehensive benefits. What You’ll Need

• 3+ years recent dozer seat time (D6T through D10 class)
• Experience in heavy civil earthworks, construction, road building, or mining
• Valid driver’s licence and CSA approved safety boots (minimum 6 inches, fully laceable)
• Valid CSO, BSO, CSTS, or OSSA Regional; Intermediate First Aid with CPR and AED; H2S Alive; Bear Awareness (in class); Ground Disturbance
• Physically able to repetitively and safely lift up to 50 lbsAbility to pass pre‑employment alcohol, drug screening, and Fitness‑to‑Work Assessment
• Willingness to live in camp and work 12‑hour shifts in all weather conditions

What Will Make You Stand Out

• Experience working to technical specifications and grade plans on roads, oilfield leases, and pads
• Ability to finish or trim grade
