About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate regularly with donors through personalized calls, emails, letters, and virtual meetings.
• Plan and execute donor appreciation events and recognition initiatives, primarily in a virtual format.

• Prepare timely and accurate acknowledgment letters, impact reports, and other donor communications.
• Collaborate with the fundraising team to ensure seamless donor experiences and effective campaign support.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in donor relations, fundraising, or a similar client-facing role within the non-profit sector.
• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with diverse donor segments.
