Qualifications

• High school coursework completion or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or donations processing is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and move items.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with customers/donors in a positive, friendly, and courteous manner.
• Process donations: unload, sort, price, and store items.
• Maintain store presentation: pricing, displays, and stock rotation.
• Assist with safety and OH&S compliance; keep areas clean and safe.
• Support inventory control and replenishment on the sales floor.
