Your responsibilities will include recruiting, training, coaching, and developing team members, preparing staff schedules, managing labour and food costs, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with all company policies, health regulations, and food safety standards. You will also play a key role in driving sales, improving operational performance, and creating a positive and supportive workplace culture.The ideal candidate will have previous restaurant management experience, excellent leadership and communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the confidence to lead by example.
