Weekly rate ranges from $1,088 - $1,113 per week and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Position: Seasonal District Sales Manager

The District Sales Manager is a seasonal position, starting in July and typically ending in November. The responsibilities include managing all aspects of store operations across approximately 3 stores, such as sales, payroll, recruiting, training, employee relations, expense control, shrink management, and related functions. Duties also encompass the construction, opening, operation, and teardown of Spirit stores. Candidates must be at least 21 years old, have a flexible schedule, and possess 2 to 5 years of experience in a multi-store supervisory role. The physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds for over 8 hours daily.
